Electronic Call Reporting

MSG’s web-based proprietary Operating System is called “Impart”.  This state of the art call reporting system will allow you to make quick operational decisions as our certified workforce will provide you timely feedback on store conditions in the field.

MSG’s “Impart” software is flexible and fully customized to fit each coordination effort,, each information need, and all execution requirement’s    “Impart”’s features, flexibility,  and modules enable MSG to provide reliable, quality and timely data that varies and changes project to project  and client to client. MSG assists each client in the development phase of each project.

Clients will have a confidential user ID and Password to access our fully integrated cloud based system 24 hours a day to monitor job progress. They have the ability to view diagnostics that are systemized for simple viewing whether that information is photos and call reports of individual stores or a spreadsheet of all stores formatted for viewing in a single window.   Clients also have the ability to look back at previous jobs at the same store changes in the stores blue prints, display designs, and plan-o-grams.
