Electronic Call Reporting

Our web-based call reporting system is called Impart. All reps have their own user ID and Password to access the system. Every rep has the ability to pick the stores they want to merchandise. Our project managers are then able to view the skill set of the rep to ensure that it’s a good fit for that job.

Once a good fit is determined, an MSG Project Manager assigns the store to the rep and the rep now has access to paperwork including instructions, plan-o-grams, pictures, etc.

As a client, you will have your own user ID and Password to access our system 24 hours a day to monitor job progress. You will have the ability to view photos and call reports of individual stores as well as a spreadsheet to view the call report answers for all the stores at once.
