    We check each store for changes in Buy-Backs, Returns & Promotional Products. We can customize a program allowing you to access additional information through our Electronic Call Reporting System. We have the ability to add reporting modules to fit your needs.
  • Service Calls
    We schedule consistent service calls for optimum retail activity in product maintenance and inventory management. In addition, the store always knows when to expect us for service work.
  • Inventory Management
    We perform integrity checks on inventory and work closely with Department Managers in placing orders if needed.
  • Plan-O-Grams, Sets and Resets
    Our employees are experienced in working from Blueprints and Plan-O-Grams when constructing accurate displays.
  • Product Knowledge Training
    Our employees constantly monitor the changes in store personnel to schedule PK classes. The product won't sell if the store employees don't understand what they are selling!


  • Carpentry Work

    Carpenters perform a wide range of duties including refurbishing old desks, building new desks, and building displays according to specifications. They also will construct peg boards and do laminate work for countertops.







  • Steel Sets

    Steel Set crews are proficient in steel setting in all types of big box stores. We have the ability to take apart existing bays of racking, change elevations according to plan-o-grams, move entire aisles according to blueprint changes, and set all product according to plan.






  • Kitchen Cabinetry

    Kitchen Cabinetry duties include work anywhere from rough carpentry all the way to trim work and molding. We disassemble cabinets, take down all walls, and reinstall special order cabinets according to blueprint. Our crews will install anywhere from 20-35 elaborate kitchens in a store within a four-week period.










  • Assembly


    Merchandising Solutions Group can build a program for your Assembly needs.
    We specialize in assembly of the following products:

    • Outdoor Power Equipment

    We have constructed a unique piece of equipment called a Mobile Workstation that allows us streamline Assembly processes. The workstation allows our assembler to stand while working instead of sitting on a floor. All products that need to be assembled fit in a grid on top of the unit. All the necessary tools that are needed for the job can be stored inside the Mobile Workstation and locked up for safety.



  • Outdoor Power Equipment & Tractor Prep

    Merchandising Solutions Group has many years of experience in the field of Outdoor Power Equipment & Tractor Prep. By using the Mobile Workstation we have developed, we have the ability to prep equipment faster and more efficiently.

    In addition, we can move tractors outside to the front of a store with more ease because our Mobile Workstation now turns into a Tractor Dolly. This will provide more visibility of your products that otherwise may not be seen.
